Vanilla Almond Ice Cream

Thrown together using left over ingredients. Came out very well. Makes right at 2 quarts.

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cups buttermilk
1 2/3 cups half-and-half
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp almond extract

1. Mix all ingredients. Taste to see if the flavor is acceptable.

2. Pour into ice cream maker.

3. Left overs freeze very well.
